barnbones > Alley Spring, six miles Alley west of Eminence, MO.  "Old Red Mill" located near a spring in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The mill, built in1894 along the Jack's Fork River,  is a roller mill rather than a water wheel type.  Rollers are used rather than  grist stones.
